Durch die Anmeldung stimme ich zu, dass das International Office zum Zweck der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltung meine Daten (Name, Vorname, Hochschule, E-Mail-Adresse) im Rahmen der Datenschutzerklärung speichern und nutzen darf.

Ja, ich willige ein, dass meine oben genannten Daten für die Kontaktaufnahme durch das International Office erhoben und mittels EDV automatisch verarbeitet werden. Das International Office versichert, dass diese Daten gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung der HHU behandelt werden. Eine Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten erfolgt automatisch nach fünf Jahren in Übereinstimmung mit der DSVGO (http://www.uni-duesseldorf.de/home/footer/datenschutz.html).
Die Daten werden neben dem E-Mail-Versand durch das International Office auch anonymisiert als Teilnahme-Nachweis für vom Drittmittelgeber DAAD angeforderte Verwendungsnachweise und Jahresberichte verwendet.
Ein Löschung meiner Daten kann ich jederzeit formlos durch eine Email an Anne.Gellert@hhu.de beantragen.

The International Office assures that this data will be handled in accordance with the HHU Privacy Policy. Deletion of personal data will automatically take place after five years in accordance with the DSVGO (http://www.uni-duesseldorf.de/home/footer/datenschutz.html).
In addition to being used by the International Office for sending emails, the data will also be used anonymously as proof of participation for annual reports requested by the third-party funding provider DAAD.
