Ja, ich willige ein, dass meine oben genannten Daten für die Kommunikation mit dem International Office (Versand von Informationen zu Angeboten) erhoben und mittels EDV automatisch verarbeitet werden.
Die Daten werden neben dem E-Mail-Versand durch das International Office auch anonymisiert als Teilnahme-Nachweis für vom Drittmittelgeber DAAD angeforderte Verwendungsnachweise sowie Jahresberichte und Monitoringpläne verwendet.
Das International Office versichert, dass diese Daten gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung der HHU behandelt werden.
Eine Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten erfolgt automatisch nach fünf Jahren.
Ein Löschung meiner Daten kann ich jederzeit formlos durch eine E-Mail an anne.gellert@hhu.de beantragen.

Yes, I agree to the collection of the above-mentioned data by the International Office (IO) for the purpose of providing IO services (sending of information on measures offered) and to their being processed by automated means.
In addition to being used for sending IO e-mails, the data is used in an anonymous form as proof of participation for final reports, annual reports and monitoring sheets requested by the third-party funding provider DAAD.
The IO assures that the data will be treated in accordance with HHU’s privacy policy.
The personal data will be deleted after five years.
I understand that I can request the deletion of my data at any time before this date by sending an informal e-mail to anne.gellert@hhu.de. *
