Im WiSe 2021/22 wird es zwei Buddy-Programme geben: Das Buddy-Programm "Studienstart" für internationale Erstsemester und das Buddy-Programm "Studium" für internationale Studierende ab dem 2. Semester.

Ich melde mich für das Kick-off der Buddy-Programme in Präsenz am Dienstag, 12.10.2021, 16:30-18:30 Uhr mit anschließendem gemeinsamen Essen (Buffet) an. Sie haben die Chance, die anderen Buddys persönlich kennenzulernen.
Durch die Anmeldung stimme ich zu, dass wir zum Zweck der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltung Ihre Daten (Name, Vorname, E-Mail und Adresse) im Rahmen der Datenschutzerklärung speichern und nutzen dürfen.

In the winter semester 2021/22 there will be two buddy programmes: The buddy programme "Study Start" for international first-semester students and the buddy programme "Study" for international students from the 2nd semester.

I register for the kick-off of the buddy programmes in presence on Tuesday, 12.10.2021, 16:30-18:30 followed by a joint meal (buffet) in presence. You have the chance to get to know the other buddies in person.

Ja, ich willige ein, dass meine oben genannten Daten für die Kommunikation mit dem International Office (Versand von Informationen zu Angeboten) erhoben und mittels EDV automatisch verarbeitet werden.
Die Daten werden neben dem E-Mail-Versand durch das International Office auch anonymisiert als Teilnahme-Nachweis für vom Drittmittelgeber DAAD angeforderte Verwendungsnachweise sowie Jahresberichte und Monitoringpläne verwendet.
Das International Office versichert, dass diese Daten gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung der HHU behandelt werden.

Yes, I agree to the collection of the above-mentioned data by the International Office (IO) for the purpose of providing IO services (sending of information on measures offered) and to their being processed by automated means.
In addition to being used for sending IO e-mails, the data is used in an anonymous form as proof of participation for final reports, annual reports and monitoring sheets requested by the third-party funding provider DAAD.
The IO assures that the data will be treated in accordance with HHU’s privacy policy.
The personal data will be deleted after five years.
I understand that I can request the deletion of my data at any time before this date by sending an informal e-mail to anne.gellert@hhu.de. *
