Booking conditions

The course fees are covered by the Medical Dean's Office for doctoral students and employees of the Faculty of Medicine. For external participants the stated course fees apply.
If it is not possible to attend the booked course, please cancel early (at least 6 working days in advance) so that we can reallocate the place if necessary.
In case of a short notice cancellation and/or an unexcused absence, a pro rata course fee of 100 € per event day will be charged. If you are unable to attend due to illness, please immediately submit a certificate of incapacity to work from your doctor. *
